Clean-Flows have a vacuum tight drawer front. Vacuum tight Clean-Flows us an "O" ring seal imbedded into the cast housing to provide an airtight seal between the housing and the magnetic drawer. Clean-Flows are ideal for pressurized systems or with the new vacuum loading hoppers.

Clean-Flow Drawer-in-Housing have permanent magnetic tubes attached to the polycarbonate door. The magnetic drawer is easily removed from housing for cleaning. Efficient ferrous metal separation using 1" diameter magnetic tubes on 2" centers and staggered from row to row.
Fully cast ductile iron housing is capable of supporting extremely heavy loads or off-set loads for hoppers, dryers, mixers and color feeders. Cast ductile iron housing has been tested to withstand over 100,000 pounds of compression pressure. With ductile iron, this housing has elasticity to absorb constant vibration and shaking created by processing machinery.
